Store Onboarding Guide for Amore & Anton

Welcome to Beef Country Store!

This guide will help you successfully take over and manage your new store.
Follow these steps in order for a smooth transition.

📋 Step 1: Accept Store Ownership Transfer

Check your email for the store transfer notification
The one to check is: amore.scheepers@hotmail.com -> done
Click "Get started" in the email -> done
Log in to your Shopify account -> done
Click "Accept store" -> done
You can skip the organization step for now -> done

👥 Step 2: Add Emile as Admin Collaborator -> done

Go to Settings → Users and permissions
Click "Add staff" (If I am no longer there)
Enter Emile's email address (dutoit.emile@gmail.com)
Select "Admin" permissions
Click "Send invite"

💳 Step 3: Set Up Shopify Payments -> Check

Go to Settings → Payments
Click "Complete account setup" for Shopify Payments
Enter your banking information
Complete identity verification
Set your payout schedule

📧 Step 4: Update Store Contact Information -> Check

Go to Settings → General
Update store email to your email address
Update store phone number
Verify business address is correct

🔔 Step 5: Configure Notifications -> Check

Go to Settings → Notifications
Update "New order" notification email to your address
Review other notification settings
Set up payout notification emails

📊 Step 6: Review Store Status -> it is working

Check that your domain beefcountry.store is working
Note: This is for the public clients and where they visit
Emile has special password if you want to preview that
Note: Use only to show preview of store to trusted customers
After launch, this password won't be needed, customers will get their own logins
Review product inventory levels - todo
Note: scroll down for instructions to use QuickSync <-> Clover - todo
confirm all users imported - done
Test the checkout process -todo
Verify shipping settings - todo

Important: Your credit card is already set up from the domain purchase, so billing should work seamlessly after transfer. Just complete the requirements for those IRS documents we discussed when you have them ready before launch as well

IMPORTANT:

Make this page invisible or delete it before you launch the store to the public
Set Visibility to Hidden. Ask the Shopify Sidekick if you need help (Masked dude, next to the bell icon in the tool bar)

QUICK SYNC PROCESS - How It Works

Set up a QuickSync account: Create an account at Integrations | QuickSync and log in. (http://quicksync.pro/) Choose the $29/month plan
required for 1200+ products as per support from QuickSync
Connect Shopify: In the QuickSync dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations, select Shopify, and authorize QuickSync to access your store.
use domain: Beef Country Store (beefcountry.store)
Connect Clover: In the same section, select Clover, log in with your Clover credentials, and authorize the connection.
Configure sync settings: Choose your "Master Store" and "Fulfillment Store," then enable the syncing of inventory, products, and orders as desired.
